Courier delivery

- If you missed the delivery, our specialist will contact you, confirm the address, and offer a convenient delivery time slot.
- The courier will bring your order in sealed bags or in a shipping box.
Collection

Parcel locker delivery
Once your order arrives at the parcel locker, you will receive a unique code by phone or email. You can use it to pick up your order yourself at any convenient time.
Pick-up point delivery
- Available throughout the Russian Federation.
- When your order arrives at the branch, you will receive a notification by email or SMS.
Important! Check the packaging for damage and verify that the order matches the details on the receipt sent to your email.
